About
I am a graphic designer and fine artist with a deep love for nature and animals. My passion for art started when I was just two years old, drawing horses any chance I got—a theme that still influences my work today.
I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, specializing in graphic design and printmaking, and I currently am employed at the university as a graphic and web designer. I find a lot of my work explores the connections between people, plants, animals, and the environment. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with several university programs and organizations, including Nebraska One Health, the Center for Resilience in Agricultural Working Landscapes, the Native American Coalition, the Department of Entomology, Tick Tag Go, Nebraska 4-H, Nebraska Extension, Nebraska Double Up Food Bucks, the Nebraska Department of Education's Harvest of the Month program, Children's Hospital and Medical Center, and the Equitarian Initiative.
Outside of my work, I enjoy many creative and outdoor passions. I love gardening, horseback riding, training and competing in dog agility, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with my family on our small farm.
Through my work, I strive to connect art, nature, and community in meaningful ways, always looking for new ways to tell stories through design and illustration.
