About
My name is Abbey Snyder and I am a Nebraska-based graphic designer and fine artist. I am inspired by all things nature and have a deep love for animals. Since the young age of 2, I have been obsessed with drawing horses and unsurprisingly, they are still my go-to subject matter!
I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I emphasized in both graphic design and printmaking. I am currently employed as a graphic/web designer at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I find that a majority of my work at the university is centered around the health of people, plants, and environments. Several of the university programs and partnering organizations that I design for include: Nebraska One Health, Center for Resilience in Agricultural Working Landscapes, Native American Coalition, Department of Entomology, Tick Tag Go, Nebraska 4H, Nebraska Extension, Nebraska Double Up Food Bucks, Nebraska Department of Education's Harvest of the Month program, and Children's Hospital and Medical Center.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, horseback riding, training and competing in dog agility, working on home improvement projects, and spending time with my family and the many animals we have on our farm.
