Specialty Crop Booklet
Publication Design | 2025
I had the opportunity work with UNL Agricultural Economics Department, Center for Rural Affairs, and Nebraska Department of Education to design Rooted in Nebraska: A Student Guide to Specialty Crops and Careers — a publication created to support Farm to School education and inspire the next generation of young farmers and food-system leaders.
The booklet brings together real stories from the Nebraska Young Farmer Program pilot, crop-specific lessons, planning tools, and hands-on activities that connect students to specialty crops and career pathways in Nebraska agriculture. My role was to create a clear, engaging layout that made these resources easy for educators and students to use.
Proud to help bring this project to life and support agricultural education across our state.
